Nos recherches se situent dans le contexte du développement durable et sont orientées vers la production d’hydrogène, la valorisation de la biomasse pour la production de carburants et de produits chimiques et la valorisation d’huiles usagées.
La connaissance des phénomènes aux interfaces est un élément essentiel pour augmenter les performances des catalyseurs et des adsorbants.
Ainsi, à partir de nos compétences en spectroscopie infrarouge in situ et operando en continuelle développement, nous cherchons à établir des relations structure-activité pour déterminer la nature des sites actifs et les mécanismes réactionnels et établir les bases d’un design rationnel des catalyseurs et des adsorbants.
