Inauguration de la Chaire industrielle ANR TOTAL ENSICAEN

Vendredi 18 janvier se tiendra l’inauguration officielle de la Chaire industrielle ” Nanoclean Energy : nano-catalyseurs pour une énergie plus propre” à l’ENSICAEN.

Nanoclean Energy est un projet de recherche partenarial porté par TOTAL, acteur industriel majeur du secteur de l’énergie et le Laboratoire de Catalyse et Spectrochimie (LCS – UMR 6506), laboratoire public pionnier dans l’étude des mécanismes de catalyse in-situ et operando. Le projet de recherche est co-financé par TOTAL et l’Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR) suite à un appel à projet remporté par l’ENSICAEN en 2017.

L’objectif de cette collaboration est de développer des catalyseurs stables et performants pour convertir et purifier le gaz naturel. Au terme de 4 années de recherche, l’équipe composée de 15 personnes a pour ambition le déploiement commercial de ces nouveaux matériaux catalytiques.
