Collaboration and industrial partnership

The LCS has a long tradition of industrial collaborations and partnerships. These partnerships provide access to the technologies present in the laboratory, and can lead to the creation of new methods and materials. The partnership is brought to life through two interfaces: the Carnot ESP institute and LCS Valoris.

Carnot Institute

Bringing together seven research and R&D laboratories renowned for their scientific expertise and extensive experimental resources, the Carnot Energy and Propulsion Systems (ESP) institute focuses on the development of more efficient, environmentally-friendlyenergy production and transport systems and propulsion systems .

The Carnot label, obtained as early as 2006, and renewed in 2016, testifies to both the scientific quality of its teams and its commitment to placing partnership research at the heart of its strategy.

LCSValoris

LCS Valoris offers you its expertise and flexibility for all your industrial analysis requirements and research projects.

It’s a one-stop shop where you can discuss your problems and find the best person in the laboratory to address them. Cooperation with a university laboratory gives a company access to specific skills and unique laboratory resources. What’s more, you can reduce your R&D costs as we are eligible for the Research Tax Credit (CIR).
